Flexible Nutrition Coaching

Flexible nutrition coaching is a type of nutrition coaching that focuses on creating a personalized and sustainable approach to healthy eating. It emphasizes flexibility and balance in food choices, rather than strict rules or deprivation.

Flexible nutrition coaching typically involves working with a certified nutrition coach who helps clients set goals and develop an individualized nutrition plan that fits their lifestyle, preferences, and health needs. The coach provides education on nutrition, helps clients track their food intake, and offers guidance and support throughout the process.

Flexible nutrition coaching is a popular approach because it can be tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, allowing for a more sustainable and enjoyable approach to healthy eating. It can also help individuals develop a healthier relationship with food and a more positive body image.

OUR METHOD

REVERSE DIETING TO FIX YOUR METABOLISM

Reverse Dieting is a method of gradually increasing calories through proteins, fats and carbohydrates to retrain your metabolism, and balance your hormones. We monitor and progressively increase our client’s macros (carb, protein, and fat) and calories intake.

The goal of reverse dieting is to minimize weight regain and metabolic adaptation by slowly increasing calorie intake while monitoring body weight and adjusting intake as necessary. The theory behind reverse dieting is that after a period of calorie restriction, the body adapts to the lower calorie intake by slowing down metabolic rate and reducing energy expenditure. By gradually increasing calorie intake, reverse dieting aims to minimize metabolic adaptation and prevent weight regain.Reverse dieting typically involves increasing calorie intake by 50-100 calories per week, monitoring body weight and adjusting calorie intake as necessary. This process can take several weeks or even months, depending on the individual’s starting point and goals.

During the process of reversing metabolic damage, our clients’ metabolisms are repaired/reset and their hormones are balanced.  The reverse component allows our clients to re-establish a healthier relationship with their macronutrient requirements, without losing all control around food. Each program is personalised & tailored based on the individual’s body, health & fitness goals.
